At MyPetLocation, your satisfaction and that of your furry companions is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and free return policy within 30 days.
Return Conditions
- Return Deadline: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not meet your expectations.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in perfect condition (unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging). Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products that are worn or damaged from normal use.
Return Process
- Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us HEREÂ with your order number and details of the item(s) in question. We will send you a prepaid return label for free shipping.
- Returning the Item: Use the provided return label to send back your item. The package must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Refund Processing: Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your return. The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, we invite you to return the item in question and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately HEREÂ and include a photo of the product in question. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
