Refund Conditions - MyPetLocation

Before proceeding with your refund request, please review the following conditions to ensure that your return is eligible:

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

Condition of Products

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process

• Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. This label must be used within 7 days of receipt.
• You must carefully package the product and use the provided return label to send it back to us.

Refund Processing

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation via email.
• If the item meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the payment method you used for the original purchase.
• If the returned product does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to discuss the possible options (partial refund, return of the item).

All returns are free of charge thanks to our prepaid return label.
